Computer systems
are designed to help people do their job, we try and make sure our
software continues to do so. Companies such as ICL and Arriva rely
on us to keep them running smoothly, they cannot afford to be let
down and we make sure they never are.
Our attitude to testing and quality control comes from many
years in software support for various organisations. We know how
hard it is to fix a problem when it has already been running for
many weeks - It would cost us ten times as much to fix a one-line error
than it would to write ten lines in the first place!
We backup our software with a 24/7 support service,
we do not consider letting people down as an option and do everything
humanly possible to keep our systems running - in our opinion our
testing policy is as good as it can be.
